Team Building Seminar

Team Building, a seminar presented by Suzanne Gust, Not-So-Basic-Training. Teamwork is so simple. In fact we have been working in teams to accomplish tasks and goals for hundreds of years. in business however, teamwork and team dynamics tend to be a more recent phenomenon. It is only recently that we have put emphasis on working with others and what can be accomplished as a team. In a team workshop, the skills of understanding and working in self-directed work teams for the benefit of each individual and the company is emphasized.
